HOTEL HOSPITALITY DEVELOPMENT
Our concept methodology is unique in the industry. We offer to develop hospitality concepts from initial drafting to implementation and will furthermore remain on the sidelines during start-up. OPERATOR QUALIFICATION
As industry consultants, we nurture a close dialogue with leading brands and operators. We asses and identify the most appropriate operators for individual properties based on the required qualities and competencies. We subsequently also assist with the negotiation of operator agreements.
F&B CONCEPTS
Our F&B specialists develop concepts that range from fine dining, bar and café services to “fast casual”. We offer comprehensive consultancy services from analysis and research to menu and recipe development, food styling, operational support and follow-up.
When developing new F&B concepts or reimagining an existing service, our specialists ensure your concept is operationally optimised, while also appealing to the desired target group and offering the sensory experiences you are seeking.
RENOVATION/DESIGN
Whether renovating, redesigning and/or repositioning your hotel, restaurant, property or office, we offer the comprehensive services essential for the process. We also offer to host tenders when sourcing construction consultants, interior designers and FF&E fulfilment specialists. We can furthermore assist with time optimisation in relation to renovation projects and with minimising operational disruption.
